Riva Medical Products – Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped from Surrey, BC within 5-10 business days.

  • Active Notifications: If we are currently experiencing a longer-than-usual fulfillment window, a notice banner will be prominently displayed at the top of our homepage and updated in the "Shipping Method" section at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer flat-rate shipping across Canada to keep your procurement simple:

  • Standard Flat Rate: $25.00 CAD per order.

  • Bulk/Institutional Orders: For large orders (e.g., Long-Term Care facilities purchasing 5+ units), please contact us directly for specialized freight quotes and volume shipping rates.

  • Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, standard transit typically takes 3–12 business days depending on your proximity to BC.

Returns & Hygiene Policy (Strictly Enforced)

To ensure the safety and infection control of our medical-grade products, we adhere to the following standards:

  • Authorization Required: You must request a Return Authorization (RA) number from contact@rivamedicalproducts.com before shipping any item back.

  • Final Sale Once Opened: Due to strict hygiene and infection control standards, we cannot accept returns on any cushion that has been removed from its original plastic seal or sleeve.

  • Unopened Items: Returns for factory-sealed, unused items are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for all return shipping and tracking costs.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us at contact@rivamedicalproducts.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging so we can initiate a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement.
