Order Processing Time

Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped from Surrey, BC within 1–7 business days.

Fulfillment Updates: If we are experiencing longer-than-usual processing times, a notice will be displayed at the top of our homepage and in the shipping method section at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Standard Flat Rate: $25.00 CAD per order across Canada.

Bulk/Institutional Orders: For orders of 5+ units or facility-wide procurement, contact us for specialized freight quotes and volume shipping rates.

Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, standard transit takes 3–12 business days depending on your location.

Returns Policy

Infection Control Standards

To ensure patient safety and maintain the integrity of our medical-grade products, the following return policy is strictly enforced:

Return Authorization Required
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. Contact contact@rivamedicalproducts.com before returning any item.

Opened Products – Final Sale
Due to infection control standards, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been removed from its original factory seal or packaging.

Unopened Products
Factory-sealed, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and tracking.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at contact@rivamedicalproducts.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost items).

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of damaged packaging and product (if applicable)
  • Description of the issue

We will initiate a carrier claim and arrange for replacement or refund as appropriate.
